Delivery, Shipping Rates & Returns Policy

 


Deliveries | Prints
Prints are shipped within 3-4 business days of your order (for international orders 
please allow up to 7 days). Once we ship your order, we will email you the tracking 
number so you can monitor your shipment directly. Please note that orders are 
shipped and delivered only Monday–Friday. All shipped items come with a signed 
Certificate of Authenticity from the artist in addition to information about the artist, 
artwork and care instructions. 

Shipping & handling costs for prints
We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling based on weight. Our prints are 
packaged individually to ensure the works arrive safely. As examples, UK insured 
and tracked delivery is £7 and International insured is £20. For International tracked 
delivery or bulk orders, please email us for a quote, orders@rtalondon.com
Please be advised that shipping costs will be added on after you input your 
address and contact details at checkout on Paypal.

International Deliveries  
International shipping is offered as an option on the shipping page - if your order is 
above this, we reserve the right to charge the extra postage back to you. We will 
send you an email to confirm this asap after you have placed your order.

Shipment tracking
Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number to enable you to track 
your shipment online (UK only). If you are an international customer and would like to 
fully track your shipment, please contact us first at orders@rtalondon.com, for a quote.

Shipment Insurance
RTA guarantees your satisfaction, and we will give you a refund, exchange or 
replacement in the remote event that your shipment is lost, or damaged on arrival. 
All artwork will be fully insured during shipping.

Returns Policy | Prints
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of an RTA Print, you may 
return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a replacement work or 80% refund for 
the price of the print (we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on 
made-to-order items). Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment 
costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do decide to return your RTA Print, please follow these instructions:

1. Email orders@rtalondon.com with your order number and specific reason for the 
    return. We will respond within 24 hours with any pertinent information you may 
    need to help facilitate the return.

2. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box as well as all of the packaging 
    materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. Make 
    sure that you take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely 
    and not damaged in transit.

3. Ship it back to us at the following address: 
    RTA London, Old Down Cottage, Swelling Hill, Ropley, Hampshire SO24 0DA, UK. 
    We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method. 
    Unfortunately, return shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and 
    we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. 

Restrictions - we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on our Large Photography 
Prints as they are specially made to order.

Damaged Prints
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, 
simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived 
in, then attach the photos to an email and send to orders@rtalondon.com. Please 
include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, 
a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are 
seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us within one 
business day letting you know the status of your request.
